Ownership of client deliverables (such as websites, designs, and code) will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and entering into a service agreement with WebPerfex, you consent to receive transactional SMS (text) messages related to your account, including invoice notifications, payment reminders, and payment confirmations.

  • Program Name: WebPerfex Invoice Notifications

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1-3 messages per billing period.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. WebPerfex does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging fees.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Supported Carriers: SMS messages are supported on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from WebPerfex. You may choose to receive invoice notifications via email only.
